Steps:
- In small bowl, whisk honey, lime juice, oil, sour cream, and vinegar. Stir in poppy seeds and season with pepper. In small skillet, toast pine nuts. Using sharp knife, peel fruit, cut in between membranes to release sections. Add avocados, goat cheese and watercress to bowl and toss gently. Add chives, nuts, and honey dressing and toss again.
