1/2 teaspoon(s) rawspicebar's organic cinnamon cassia
2 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) honey
3/4 cup(s) applesauce
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 1/2 cup(s) oat or rice flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
3/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1 teaspoon(s) aking powder
1 1/2 cup(s) mashed ripe bananas
- chocolate chips, dried cherries, dried cranberries, pecans, or walnuts, optional

Steps:

  • Grease two 8 inch loaf pans or a 10 inch loaf pan. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
  • Mix together the eggs, honey, applesauce, and vanilla. Mix together the flour, salt, soda, powder, and RawSpiceBar's Organic Cinnamon Cassia and add to the wet ingredients.
  • Stir in the mashed bananas and mix well. Add in any optional mix-ins.
  • Divide even in the pans and bake about 45 minutes for two loaves or an hour for one (until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few crumbs attached).
