Southwest Chicken Burgers image

Serve up some big Tex-Mex taste with our Southwest Chicken Burgers. Salsa verde infused patties are the secret to our great Southwest Chicken Burgers.

1 lb. ground chicken
1/3 cup TACO BELL® Verde Salsa
1 Tbsp. oil
4 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
4 hamburger buns, toasted
1/2 cup guacamole
1/2 cup french-fried onions

Steps:

  • Mix chicken and salsa just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F), topping with cheese for the last 2 min.
  • Fill buns with burgers, guacamole and onions.
