- Preheat the oven to 350 F, then take a 9 x 5 loaf tin, line it with parchment paper and set aside. Meanwhile, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and then set aside.
- Next, combine cinnamon and sugar in a smaller dish and set aside, too. Beat butter and sugar, adding eggs, yogurt and vanilla, until it is combined.
- Add flour mixture , then and beat until combined, but be careful not to overbeat it.
- Pour half of the batter in the 9 x 5 inch loaf tin and sprinkle with 1/2 of the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Then, pour the remaining batter and cinnamon- sugar mixture on top of it and swirl with a knife. Bake it for 55-60 minutes.
- When it´s baked, leave the bread to cool in the loaf tin for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire to cool completely rack.
- To make vanilla glaze you start by whisking powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk until it becomes smooth and then drizzle vanilla glaze over the cooled bread.
