Cinnamon Glazed Pecans image

Our family loves to snack on these warm, crunchy pecans on Thanksgiving while we're waiting for the turkey to get done!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb shelled pecan halves
1 egg white
1 Tbsp water
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl, whip egg whites and water until frothy. Add pecans and mix until well coated.
  • 2. In a separate bowl combine cinnamon, sugar, and salt. Add to pecan mixture and mix again until well coated.
  • 3. Spread in an even layer on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes to prevent sticking.
