CINNAMON CRUMBLE PIZZA image

9 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls or 6 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls, thawed to room temperature
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping:
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
dash of salt
2 tablespoons cold butter
Glaze:
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring
1 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Spray counter lightly with non stick cooking spray. Combine rolls and roll into a 12-inch circle. Place on a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan. Brush dough with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the butter. Combine dry topping ingredients well and cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over pizza. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 30 minutes. Remove wrap and bake at 450°F 8-10 minutes. Prepare glaze while pizza is baking by combining glaze ingredients. Remove pizza from oven and let cool a few minutes. Drizzle with glaze and serve warm.
