Serve this classic Moroccan coffee for an elegant ending to a Moroccan meal, or to add a special, aromatic touch to coffee hour. Vanilla sugar can be used as a sweetener to add another layer of flavor. Moroccans like their coffee quite strong so use less coffee if you prefer a milder brew. Personally I use 1 Tbsp and that is quite strong enough for me.

- 1. Add the cinnamon to the ground coffee beans, and brew the coffee as usual.
- 2. Stir in the orange flower water.
- 3. Serve hot with the milk and sugar
