Steps:
- Combine gravy, raisins, honey and spices.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 1 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Season with pepper.
- Pour gravy mixture over chops; cover. Cook on medium heat 10 to 15 min. or until chops are done (145ºF). Transfer chops to platter, reserving gravy mixture in skillet. Cover chops to keep warm.
- Add apples to gravy mixture; stir. Cook, covered, 5 min. or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally. Spoon gravy mixture over chops. Serve with rice.
