Shredded chicken tacos with fresh lime juice and cilantro are ideal for a Cinco de Mayo menu-but they're delicious any other day of the month, too!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350. Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
- In a bowl mix chicken, enchilada sauce, cheese, taco seasoning, lime juice and cilantro.
- Spoon 2 Tbsp chicken mixture into each tortilla, roll them up and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 min or until tortillas are lightly browned.
