CILANTRO, JALOPENO, LIME, ONION & ORANGE SAUCE image

1 Bunch of Cilantro, chopped about 1/2 cup
1 Jalopeno pepper chopped with seeds
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lime
1 medium sweet onion chopped
"meat" of 1/2 orange
juice of 1/2 orange
1/4 cup EVOO
Kosher salt & fresh cracked pepper

Steps:

  • combine ingredients in bowl and spoon over grilled fish fillet.
