Cilantro jalapeno pesto image

Love my cilantro!! You can use this as a dip as well.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 bunch(es) cilantro, fresh
2 - jalapenos, fresh
3-4 clove(s) garlic
1/2 cup(s) sunflower seeds
3/4 cup(s) queso cotija
1 teaspoon(s) salt, opt
3/4 cup(s) olive oil

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients into food processor and puree. Add more water if necessary. Flavor increases after it sits for a while, cut back on garlic amount if desired.
