Steps:
- Combine 3 bars of cream cheese, cheddar cheese and cayenne pepper in a mixer or food processor until smooth. Stir in green onions. Line an 8" round cake pan with plastic wrap. Spread 1/2 of the mixture in the pan. Spread with the chutney. Spread the remaining mixture over the chutney. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours. Mix remaining bar of cream cheese with enough milk to make it easily spreadable. Turn cheesecake out onto serving plate. Frost with remaining cream cheese. Sprinkle with chopped pecans, if using. Return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
