I found this recipe on the internet a few years back and have been making it ever since. My in-laws request it everytime we go visit them. To save time, the hash browns don't have to be thawed.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350; grease 13x9 pan
- 2. Spread potatoes in pan, then sprinkle with cheese and sausage
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and mustard; pour over layers in pan
- 4. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour; uncover and bake for 10 minutes more or until golden brown.
