CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY MUFFINS image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 cup cranberries
1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup white sugar
2 teasponns baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 beaten egg
1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
3/4 cups orange juice
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Sprinkle berries with sugar. Mix dry ingredients in bowl and make a well in the middle. Combine peel, juice and butter. Add this to dry ingredients. Stir till moist. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Bake 375 oven for 15-20 minutes.
