Christmas Cornflake Wreaths image

I've made these with kids at school. It's pretty amazing to see what parts of their bodies and up with bits of green marshmallowy glop!

Number Of Ingredients 6

40 small marshmallows, mini
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1/3 cup(s) margarine
2 teaspoon(s) green food coloring
3 1/2 cup(s) cornflakes
- red hot candies, for decoration

Steps:

  • Melt marshmallows and margarine together over low heat. Remove from heat when melted, stir in vanilla and green food coloring.
  • Stir in 3 1/2 to 4 cups cornflakes. Shape into "wreaths" with buttered hands. Drop onto wax paper, add red hots for "berries".
