The Stomboli is full of bacon, Chorizo along with pesto and cheese. Perfect for a meal or snack!

Steps:
- 1. Add oil to a skillet. Preheat oven to 400
- 2. Add the Chorizo to the skillet.
- 3. Add the onion, Jalapeno pepper and bell pepper to the skillet.
- 4. Add salt and pepper to skillet. Cook mixture 10 to 15 minutes.
- 5. Cook the bacon.
- 6. On a lightly sprayed cookie sheet
- 7. Put the Crescent sheet on the sheet pan. Stretch it a little, be careful not to tear.
- 8. Add some pesto over Crescent sheet, about 2 tablespoon fulls.
- 9. Add the Chorizo mixture on top of Pesto.
- 10. Crumble the bacon and place on top of Chorizo.
- 11. Add the sharp cheddar cheese to top.
- 12. Fold up each short end, and then began roll it into a log staring with long side close to you.
- 13. Cut about 4 slits in top of roll.
- 14. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown.
