Chorizo and Cheese Biscuits image

Hot out of my oven! I made these with dinner tonight.This recipe is so simple anyone can make it. The biscuits are light and fluffy...and did I mention spicy? You won't be let down, I promise. Enjoy!

THIS IS A DROP BISCUIT
2 1/4 cup bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1 cup crumbled cooked chorizo
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl together. Spray a non stick to your baking sheet or foil because they will stick. Spoon on biscuit mix and cook for 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
