Chopped Chicken Apple Pasta Salad image

1 box Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Pasta Salad™ classic
1/4 cup apple juice
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
4 cups cut-up romaine lettuce
1 1/2 cups chopped apple
1/2 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
4 oz crumbled feta cheese (1 cup)

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on box. Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir together seasoning mix (from salad box), apple juice and oil. Add chicken; let stand while pasta is cooking.
  • Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well.
  • Add drained pasta and remaining ingredients to chicken mixture; toss to combine. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
