Steps:
- Melt cream and cut up chocolate in the top of a double boiler.
- Whip egg yolks and sugar until stiff.
- Add rum to chocolate mixture. Cool to body temperature.
- Fold in yolk and sugar mixture.
- Grind waffers in a blender until fine. Place in bowl , add melted butter. Press mixure into 2 buttered tart pans or 9 inch spring form pans.
