139 g Flour All Purpose
35 g Corn Starch
35 g Cocoa Powder Extra Brute
111 g Almond Flour
7 g Salt
174 g Brown Sugar
174 g Butter

Steps:

  • Sift the flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch and the salt together
  • Add sugar and toasted almond flour
  • Using a tabletop mixer with a paddle add the softened butter until the dough comes together
  • Break at 160° C/320° F until crunchy, approximately 12 to 20 minutes
