CHOCOLATE SPRITZ image

Yield 6 doz

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup soft butter
2/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
3 sq unsweetened chocolate (2oz), melted
2 1/2 cups sifted flour

Steps:

  • Mix thoroughly first five ingredients. Work the flour in with the hands. Force the dough through cooky press onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 7 to 10 min. Bake until set . . . but not browned.
