CHOCOLATE SAUCE FOR PROFITEROLES image

1/2 c heavy cream
pinch of salt
1/2 c water
8 0z chocolate 70 -75 % cacao
2 tbs sweet butter

Steps:

  • bring water salt and cream to a near boil and remove from heat Add chocolate and butter stir until smooth. May reheat over a dble boiler
