Chocolate Ribbon Cheesecake Squares image

35 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
3 cups cold milk
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated

Steps:

  • Mix crushed cookies and butter in 13x9-inch pan. Press mixture firmly onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp. milk in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Pour 3 cups milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  • Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Cut into 16 squares to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
