CHOCOLATE POLENTA CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 c polenta
1/4 c almond flour
1/2 c brown sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 egg
3 tblsps oil
3 tblsps almond millk
zest of one orange
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsps cocoa nibs

Steps:

  • mix together polenta, almond flour, brown sugar and cocoa powder then add egg, oil, almond milk, and orange zest finish with 1/2 tsp baking powder and 2 tsps cocoa nibs oil pan and dust with cocoa powder 360 degrees 30 mins.
