CHOCOLATE

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 C sifted powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz block cream cheese, at room temperature
4 - 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
1/2 C chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Gradually add sugar to cream cheese, mixing well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread into a greased 8 inch pan. chill several hours; cut into squares. Substitute: peppermint for vanilla, chopped maraschino cherries for nuts
