Steps:
- Combine shortening, sugar, peanut butter and egg. Sift flour, soda, and salt together. Add to sugar mixture. Pat out on oiled paper to about 14 x 9 rectangle. Melt chocolate chips and spread over dough. Roll. Place in refrigerator about 30 min. Slice and put on baking sheet. Bake 375, 8-10 min.
