One taste of this rich and decadent banana bread, you may never want it any other way. The addition of chocolate chips and peanut butter chips is an amazing flavor combination. Enjoy this for dessert or with afternoon tea. Easy to throw together, you will be hiding bananas to ripen just to make this moist banana bread.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour loaf pans and mash the bananas.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine shortening, sugar, and eggs.
- 3. Combine flour and baking soda. Then slowly add to wet ingredients until blended thoroughly.
- 4. Add mashed bananas.
- 5. When the mix is "batter" consistency, add chocolate and peanut butter chips.
- 6. Pour into 2 loaf pans or lined muffin tins. As something extra, I sprinkle a couple of chips on top of the loaves before I bake them.
- 7. Bake loaves for 1 hour and muffins for 20 minutes.
