CHOCOLATE MINT BARS image

Base:
1 cup choc mint chipits
¼ cup butter
¼ cup icing sugar
1 egg
1 ½ cups of Choc Graham Wafer crumbs
Top:
¼ cup butter
2 cups icing sugar
2 tbsp milk
~ 3 drops of green food colouring

Steps:

  • First Melt chips and ¼ cup of butter in double boiler Put aside a little less than ¼ cup for drizzles later Add icing sugar, egg, and wafer crumbs Press evenly on bottom of 8 inch square pan Chill Second layer Cream ¼ cup butter, 2 cups icing sugar and milk until fluffy then add food colouring Spread over base Drizzle left over melted chipits over top and chill
