Steps:
- Melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat and beat with heavy wooden spoon until smooth. Return to heat;add egg yolks one at a time beating well after each addition. Remove from heat into large bowl. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, then add 3tbls sugar beat until stiff. In another bowl beat cream until frothy. Add the remaining 3tbls sugar and the Kahlua; continue beating until it holds soft peaks. Fold the egg whites in the chocolate mix until no white peaks appear. Then gradually fold in the whipped cream. Put in large glass bowl and refrigerate until well chilled.
