Chocolate Ice Cream image

This no churn treat is absolutely delicious & easy to make! With chocolate chunks, this cold treat is a "must make" this summer!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 small pinch fleur de sel
2 c cold 35% heavy cream
2 Tbsp white chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt; stir and set aside.
  • 2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add heavy cream and process until stiff peaks form.
  • 3. Fold a third of the whipped cream into the milk-chocolate mixture then add it to the remaining heavy cream, folding gently. Add dark and white chocolate pieces including any dust or slivers left on the cutting board; gently fold in.
  • 4. Pour the mixture into a 2 quart ice cream tub, cover and transfer to the freezer for at least 12 to 24 hours or until frozen.
