Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Fondue image

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 ounces Bittersweet chocolate, chopped (or substitute chocolate chips)
1 package Cream Cheese (8 oz.)
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/3 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Hazelnut Liqueur
1 tablespoon Pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients ina medium-size fondue pot (or the top of a double boiler over simmering water). Heat over a very low setting, stirring frequently, until the chocolate has melted. Serve fondue over low heat with graham crackers, sugar cookies, shortbread and madeleines as dippers.
