Chocolate Ganache Recipe - (3.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 4

8 ounces semi-chocolate chips
3/4 cups evaporated milk or heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon brandy, optional

Steps:

  • Melt chopped chocolate chips in evaporated milk. Add butter and brandy (if using) and mix until smooth and shiny. Cool slightly then dip biscotti or pour over cake or tart.
