Number Of Ingredients 7

640g dark choc
300g butter
4tbsp coffee
4tbsp cocoa
200ml water
12 eggs
120 g caster

Steps:

  • melt choc and butter dissolve coffee and cocoa with water make mirangue with egg whites and sugar add choc to water fold in mirangue
