Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 sift flour, salt, baking soda cream butter, peanut butter, sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. do not overmix. Roll into 1 1/2" balls, place 2" apart on cookie sheet and flatted w/ fork to make cross-hath pattern. Bake until firm on edges, about 15 min. Melt chocolate and whisk until smooth. Dip 1/2 of each cookie in chocolate and place on rack. refrigerate
