100 g milk chocolate, melted
170 g butter or 170 g margarine, melted
200 g flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
250 g sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup walnuts (optional) or 1/2 cup pecans (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven at 165°C.
  • Mix flour baking powder and sugar.
  • Add the eggs and the melted butter.
  • Add melted chocolate and cocoa powder.
  • Add the nuts (if wanted).
  • Pout into paper cups.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minute Cakes may not be completely dry.
