Chocolate Covered Bacon image

What could make bacon even better? Chocolate!!

Number Of Ingredients 4

12 slice bacon fried crisp
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp shortening
crushed pecans... optional

Steps:

  • 1. Melt chocolate and add shortening to smooth out chocolate
  • 2. Dip strips of crispy fried bacon in chocolate. Sprinkle with pecans if desired. Place in refrigerator until set.
