I seriously overhauled a recipe as I am always trying to bake things in a healthier way. This came out better than I thought!

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 325. Add the 1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice to the skim milk and set aside. You want the milk to curdle.
- 2. Blend the first 6 ingredients together. Mix in the dry ingredients, then the milk. Batter will be somewhat thick.
- 3. Fold in zucchini. Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray, pour and spread batter.
- 4. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top of cake. Bake for 40-50 mins. or until done.
