These cookies are truly delicious, and don't take long to make.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2. In a bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Then set the bowl aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- 4. Now add in the pudding mix and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.
- 5. Add the eggs and mix well.
- 6. Gradually stir in the flour mixture.
- 7. Now stir in the chocolate chips.
- 8. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet about 1-inch apart. (I used a Pampered Chef Medium Cookie Scoop to make each cookie.)
- 9. Bake in oven for 9 minutes, then carefully remove the cookies, and place on a wire rack to cool.
- 10. Yields: 42 (2-inch) cookies
- 11. I wanted to let everyone know, that after the cookies cool, I place them in a Tupperware container, and place them in the freezer. They do keep well for quite sometime in the freezer. But I must admit, these cookies are quite addictive.
