This recipe takes chocolate chip cookies to the next level. They are thick and fluffy. Oatmeal gives them a chewy texture. Basically, they're a cross between an oatmeal cookie and a chocolate chip cookie - the best of both worlds. Super simple to make, all you do is add the ingredients to a mixer and mix until the dough forms. The method goes against most baking rules but totally works. The perfect cookie if you need to serve a crowd or for a bake sale. They freeze well.

Steps:
- Put all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet (I use Silpat sheets on mine).
- Bake at 400 F for about 6 minutes or until very lightly browned. Do not allow to brown very much. Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.
