CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE FOR PASSOVER image

3 oz dark chocolate chips
pinch of salt
For the filling:
4 packages full fat cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup mini chocolate chips
For the ganache:
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz dark or bittersweet chocolate
1/2 tsp butter
pinch of salt

Steps:
