3 cups granny smith Apples, cored,peeled and chopped
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 Beat Eggs Add Sugar, oil and chocolate chips Mix well In another bowl combine flour,cinnamon baking soda & salt Add to batter Stir in vanilla and chips pour into round cake pan bake 50-60 minutes
