Ingredients

3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
2 8 oz. cream cheese softened
Mint Oreos

Steps:

Cream the butter, cream cheese and confectioner's sugar. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Add chocolate chips and make into a ball. Crush Oreos and roll the ball in the crumbs. Refrigerate for an hour. Serve with chocolate or cinnamon graham crackers.
