Ingredients

2 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup milk (plus more)
1/2 cup oil (plus more)
increase milk and oil to total 2 1/2 cups of liquid with the eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling water

Steps:

Grease 9x13 pan. Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix for about 2 minutes on medium speed. Add boiling water. Stir until well blended. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.
