Number Of Ingredients 9

1 stick butter, softened
1 c sugar
1 c corn syrup, light
4 eggs, beaten
1 to 3 Tbsp bourbon
1 c chocolate morsels
1 c chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
whipped cream, sweetened

Steps:

  • 1. Beat together butter, sugar, corn syrup, eggs, and bourbon.
  • 2. Add chocolate chips and pecans.
  • 3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  • 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until firm.
  • 5. Serve warm with whipped cream. Enjoy!
