Chocolate Banana Pudding image

this is a winner the kids and the adults love it we have it at least once a week everyone loves it

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) coconut milk chilled and only the thick top will get used
1 Tbsp coconut palm sugar
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 dash(es) sea salt
1 banana cut into rounds
1/2 c chopped walnuts toasted

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425. Line walnuts on a tray. Toast them in the oven for 5-10 minutes being very careful not to burn them and stirring once. Take walnuts out of the oven and let cool.
  • 2. Prepare chocolate pudding. Scoop the thicker part of of the coconut milk from the can and into a mixing bowl. Save the liquid for your next smoothie.
  • 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk or blend until smooth. Arrange your mix in a tall glass and scoop in a later of chocolate then a few slices of bananas and sprinkle with nuts.
  • 4. Keep going until you hit the top of your glass and the last layer will be be the chopped nuts.
