Very moist and delicious and there are so many variations that could be developed from this basic recipe.

1 box german chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 can(s) 21 0z apple pie filling
cool whip
cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven according to box directions
  • 2. Grease and flour 9x13 pan.
  • 3. Beat all ingredients together.
  • 4. Bake according to box directions
  • 5. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with cinnamon.
