CHOC FUDGE PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 C Butter (1 stick)
3 oz. Unsweetened Baking Choc
4 eggs
3 T corn syrup
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 C sugar
1/4 t salt

Steps:

  • In a double boiler top, melt 1 stick of butter & baking chocolate, cool slightly In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until well beaten Mix in corn syrup, vanilla, sugar, and salt. Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture Bake in a 9" pie crust at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
