Chipped Beef Cheese Ball image

This makes a great appetizer for any football game, shape into football. Enjoy! I keep forgetting to take a picture, so I borrowed this one.

1 box cream cheese, room temperature
1 jar(s) dried beef chipped, chopped
1 bunch spring onions, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cream cheese, onions, and about half the beef. Form into a ball (or with it being football season, you can shape into a small football for tailgating). Sprinkle the remaining beef over the cheese ball: then refrigerate for at least an 1 - 1 1/2 hours before serving.
