Turkey Sausage and Bean Stew image

Turkey sausage and turkey bacon bits join forces to give this easy bean stew its terrific flavor. Bonus: It's ready to simmer in just 10 minutes!

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. (13 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Turkey Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
4 carrots, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup flour
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 env. (0.75 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix
2 cans (15 oz. each) navy beans, rinsed
2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon Bits

Steps:

  • Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add sausage, carrots, onions and celery; cook 4 to 5 min. or until sausage is browned and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually stir in broth and milk. Add salad dressing mix and beans; mix well.
  • Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with bacon bits.
