Steps:
- 1. Heat oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Add onions, carrots and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until onion softens, about 5 minutes. 2. Add tomato paste, and stir. Add stock, turkey, beans, tomatoes, corn, chili powder, brown sugar, cumin, chipotle, oregano and salt. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer, cook covered, stirring often, 30 minutes. Add additional chipotle and salt if needed. Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips
